How does appointment booking work?
Book a client with a service, a stylist and a chair-time slot, and the day-view calendar fills up in front of you — nothing double-booked, no walk-in turned away because two clients were pencilled into the same slot. Clients can also book online and you confirm with a tap.
Can it handle packages and memberships?
Yes — sell prepaid service packages and memberships (e.g. 10 spa sessions, an unlimited blow-dry month), track remaining sessions on every visit, and fire renewal reminders before they run out so the value keeps coming back.
Does it calculate stylist commissions?
Every service and product sale is attributed to the staff member who performed it, and commission is computed automatically per their rate — so payouts are accurate and you stop reconciling them by hand at month-end.
Are the bills GST-compliant and can clients pay online?
Gap-free numbered ₹ invoices with the GST split across services and retail products, item-level discounts, and Razorpay-secured payment links you share — recorded against the client with a settled / unsettled board.
Does it track retail and salon inventory?
Yes — track shampoo, colour, retail product and consumable stock with low-stock alerts, deduct consumables as services are billed, and reorder before you run out mid-appointment.
