Why we built this
The back office was never the problem. The tools were.
Spend a week around Indian small businesses and the same picture repeats. Bookings live on a whiteboard. The team coordinates in a WhatsApp group. The "real" numbers sit in one person's Excel sheet. And the books are reconstructed once a quarter by a half-trusted accountant — usually right before a deadline.
