Most builders and brokers in Gujarat still run the business out of two places: a stack of Excel sheets and a set of broker WhatsApp groups. Leads live in call logs and notebooks. Cost sheets and demand letters get typed by hand. Installment dues get chased over the phone. And the RERA filing? That's a quarterly scramble to reassemble numbers that were never kept in one place to begin with.

GUJRERA got stricter — and it's public

GUJRERA now requires promoters to file quarterly progress reports (Form-8) through the portal for the entire construction period, and the authority has tightened reporting and added daily fines for late submissions. Each quarterly return carries a ₹2,000 fee, and a missed window puts a public black mark on a project buyers can look up. On the brokerage side, every agent must hold a GUJRERA registration (valid five years), and the registration number has to be quoted in all marketing, advertisements and transaction documents. Compliance isn't a back-office chore anymore — it's stitched into how you're allowed to sell.

The mid-market gap nobody serves

Real-estate software in India is split at the extremes. At the top, enterprise CRMs like Sell.Do are genuinely powerful — and priced for Lodha and Prestige at roughly ₹20,000–₹60,000 a month. A builder with one or two live projects, or a tight brokerage, is simply locked out.

At the bottom, generic CRMs — Zoho and lead-capture tools like LeadRat — are affordable but horizontal. They capture a lead well and stop there: no RERA filings, no project ledger, no co-buyer payment splits, no Indian GST receipts out of the box. You end up back in Excel for the half that actually matters. The lane in between — a RERA-ready workspace with a real project ledger, gap-free collections and GST-clean receipts, priced for a mid-market builder or broker — is the one BizRevolt was built for.

Built around the Indian real-estate deal

  • Project & inventory, live: towers, wings, floors and units with real availability — available, blocked, booked, registered — plus per-unit pricing, floor-rise and PLC.
  • Leads & site visits that don't go cold: capture from every channel, assign to reps, log visits, and never let a hot lead die in someone's phone.
  • Bookings & paperwork: convert a visit into a booking, allot a unit, and generate the cost sheet and allotment letter in one click, RERA-aware.
  • Installments & collections: construction- or time-linked plans, auto-raised demand letters, gap-free ₹ receipts, dues ageing and Razorpay pay-links — including a part-payment split across two co-buyers.
  • RERA & tax, filing-ready: registration, quarterly progress and disclosures organised, with GST and TDS handled on every collection.
  • Channel partners & commissions: attribute each booking to its source and compute, approve and pay out commissions without a month-end argument.
From project inventory to the next RERA filing — one workspace.

Fewer status calls, faster money

Two self-service portals quietly do a lot of work. Buyers track their booking, see installment dues and pay online — which kills the “what's my balance?” calls. Each agent sees only their own leads, site visits and commission view. And every booking and collection carries an audit trail, so when GUJRERA or a buyer disputes something, the trail is already there.

Too big for a spreadsheet, priced out of Sell.Do — that's the builder BizRevolt is built for.

We'll be straight about the trade-off. If you're a 200-unit developer with a dedicated CRM team and a six-figure software budget, an enterprise suite may still fit you better. BizRevolt is for the builders and brokers under that line who need one workspace holding the project ledger, the RERA history and the GST-clean receipts together.

BizRevolt for real estate is per-seat and full-featured on every tier — Starter ₹999/user/mo (from 3 seats), Growth ₹1,599/user, Professional ₹2,499/user with RERA + tax filing and DigiLocker e-KYC. Import your projects, units and leads from a CSV and go live the same day. Call the team on +91 91 0657 4865, WhatsApp for a 15-minute reply, or subscribe in 60 seconds.
