How does billing work?
You pick a plan and pay upfront for the plan length you choose. Every plan is full-featured, and a tax invoice is generated on every payment. You can cancel anytime — we'll remind you a few days before each renewal.
What's included in the base price?
The base price covers the workspace itself, every core module for that vertical, user management with RBAC, the audit log, GST invoicing, and the document repository. Optional modules (commissions, performance tracking, etc.) stack on top.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a longer plan length at any time and the discount applies on the next renewal. Modules can be added or removed mid-cycle — billing is prorated.
Do you support GST invoicing?
Every payment generates a sequentially numbered, gap-free tax invoice with a downloadable PDF. Your GSTIN is captured at checkout and printed on the invoice. We are completing our GST registration; once live, 18% IGST/CGST+SGST will be itemised separately.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every tenant gets a dedicated Postgres database — not a shared schema, not a tenant-id column. Credentials are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. You can request a full export of your database at any time.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your workspace enters a 14-day grace period (read-only) so you have time to either renew or export your data. After that, the workspace is suspended. Your data is preserved for 90 days from suspension so you can renew or export, then it is permanently deleted (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
