These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BizRevolt (the "Service"), operated by Adi Creates ("we", "us"), with its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in section 9.
2. Service Description
BizRevolt is a software-as-a-service platform that provides business-management workspaces tailored to specific Indian SMB verticals — Real Estate, Housing Societies, Education, Legal, Healthcare, and others as they become available. Each tenant is provisioned with an isolated Postgres database and access to the modules they have subscribed to.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features of the Service at our discretion, with reasonable advance notice for material changes that adversely affect existing subscribers.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service (passwords, magic-link tokens, OAuth grants, API keys) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.
You must ensure that anyone you invite to your workspace also complies with these Terms. The owner of a workspace is ultimately accountable for all actions taken within it, including by invitees.
You may not share a single user account between multiple people; add additional users via workspace settings.
4. Authentication & Sign-in with Google
The Service supports password sign-in, magic-link sign-in, phone-OTP sign-in, and "Sign in with Google". If you choose Sign in with Google, you authorise us to receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google for the sole purpose of authenticating you to BizRevolt, as described in our Privacy Policy §7.
You may revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page. Revocation prevents future sign-in via Google but does not by itself close your BizRevolt account; to close the account, follow section 7 below.
5. Subscription & Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Plan lengths include monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual, with discounts applied per the schedule shown at checkout. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. GST is applied at the statutory rate and itemised separately on each invoice. Invoice numbers are issued sequentially without gaps.
A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. No payment details are required to start the trial.
6. Customer Data & Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload, create, or otherwise submit to your workspace ("Customer Data"). BizRevolt holds Customer Data only to operate the Service on your behalf and processes it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may request a full export of your Customer Data at any time from within the workspace, or by writing to us. We will provide it in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV / JSON / PDF as appropriate) within a reasonable period.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. After cancellation we retain Customer Data for 30 days to allow export, then it is permanently deleted (see Privacy Policy §4).
We may suspend or terminate your subscription for material breach of these Terms, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where the breach is curable. We may suspend access without prior notice where we reasonably believe continued access creates an immediate security or operational risk to other customers.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content; to interfere with the Service's normal operation; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' workspaces or to our infrastructure; to scrape or reverse-engineer the Service except as expressly permitted by law; or to use the Service in any way that violates the Google API Services User Data Policy (where Google sign-in is used).
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizRevolt and its officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
